GIVEAWAY ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATES OF GEORGIA, ALABAMA, TENNESSEE, NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA OR FLORIDA (CONTEST TERRITORY). ENTRIES ORIGINATING FROM ANY OTHER JURISDICTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY. CONTEST IS GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES.   1. ELIGIBILITY: Participation is open only to legal residents of the Contest Territory who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and not a minor in their principal state of residence as of Monday, February 20, 2012. Void outside of the Contest Territory and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of TOYOTA MOTOR SALES, U.S.A., INC., (hereinafter, Sponsor), FELD ENTERTAINMENT, INC., SAATCHI & SAATCHI and CAMPOS CREATIVE WORKS, INC. (hereinafter, Campos), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies and dealers (such entities, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Released Entities) and such employees' immediate family members and household members (whether or not related), are not eligible. The @ToyotaActionHub AMA Supercross VIP Pass Giveaway Contest (hereinafter, Contest) is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

  2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Contest is Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., 19001 South Western Avenue, Torrance, CA 90501.

  3. HOW TO ENTER: The Contest begins on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and ends on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. PDT (Contest Period). You must be a member of the Twitter website and a follower of Toyota Action Hub at @ToyotaActionHub to enter. You can become a member of the Twitter website by going to https://twitter.com/signup and providing your full name and email address and creating a username and password. To be eligible to win the Contest, entrants must post a tweet from their Twitter account during the Contest Period that mentions @ToyotaActionHub, includes the zip code of the entrant's permanent legal residence, includes the hashtag #AMASupercross, and includes the name of an AMA Supercross competitor whom the entrant believes will win the Atlanta, GA competition. All tweets must be 140 characters or less. The first five (5) eligible entrants to respond win. Only one entry per person. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  4. THE PRIZES: Five (5) winners will each receive a pair of VIP Passes to attend the AMA Supercross competition at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA (Prize Event). Passes are only valid on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 12:30pm to the conclusion of the race. Passes provide access to the pro pits, stadium and press box. Approximate Retail Value ARV of Each Prize is $130. (ARV of all prizes is $650.)

    Prize winners must pick up their passes in person at the Supercross Promoter Will Call Hauler at the Georgia Dome on Saturday, February 25, 2012 between the hours of 9AM and 8PM; Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes (if any) on the value of their prize which Sponsor will, if required by law, report to the Internal Revenue Service by filing an IRS Form 1099 reflecting such value. No substitutions or cash redemptions allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize is unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or transferred. Prizes do not include any additional expenses, including federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges which are the responsibility of each Winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

    Transportation to and from Prize Event and accommodations are not included in the prize. All other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner and winner's companion must be at least eighteen (18) years old and not a minor in their primary state of residence as of Monday, February 20, 2012 and be able to provide proof of the same, in the form of a government-issued photo ID, to Sponsor’s representatives when picking up the passes at Georgia Dome Stadium Will Call. Any individual unable to provide proof of age will be automatically disqualified.

  5. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASES: If a selected Potential Prize Winner (Potential Prize Winner) fails to comply with the Official Rules within the Contest Period, the Potential Prize Winner will be disqualified. Eligibility, age, and claims made by any Potential Prize Winner are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for any fraudulent calls and/or e-mails made to entrants not by the Sponsor. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission by Potential Prize Winner for Sponsor and/or its designees to use the Potential Prize Winner's name, address, testimonial, Twitter handle, or other likeness and/or prize information or personal exposition (and/or any edited portion thereof) for promotional, advertising and/or publicity purposes in any media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or notice to, or further consent of, the Prize Winner to the extent permitted by law. Potential prize winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release.

  6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Only one (1) entry per person. If multiple entries are received for the same entrant, only the first entry submitted by that entrant will qualify for entry in the Contest and subsequent entries submitted by that entrant shall be disqualified. In the case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account associated with the entry at the time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned the Twitter account by Twitter. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the Twitter account associated with the winning entry. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated daily number of entries by using multiple/different Twitter accounts, or any other methods will void all of that person's entries and that person will be disqualified.

  7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By submitting an entry, all entrants and Potential Prize Winners:

    1. agree to totally and completely release Sponsor and the other Released Entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in the Contest, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery, regardless of whether any claim(s) for loss or damage under this paragraph, or knowledge of the facts constituting such claim(s), exist at the time of entrant's entry into the Contest or arise at any time thereafter;
    2. acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and the other Released Entities have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, oral or written, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose; and,
    3. agree to fully comply with these Official Rules.

    Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way or at any time.

  8. USE OF INFORMATION: The information that entrant provides in connection with the Contest may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send entrant information about Sponsor's products but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest or as required by law or legal process.
